Can I receive the WiFi device the day after I sign up?
Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, and Kansai Airport offer pick-up the day after making your reservation, as long as you make your reservation by 4:00 PM (Japan Time) the day before. It is also possible to pick up your WiFi device at the Shinjuku counter the day of your reservation, though only between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.
I forgot to return the device in Japan, and accidentally took it home with me.

I have a smartphone that works abroad, but can I use it in Japan?
Yes, you can use it if your device is capable of connecting to WiFi. If you want to use your device as a telephone, you may use it with a telephone app.
Can I return my WiFi device to an airport different from where I picked it up?
That is absolutely no problem. You can also choose different methods for pick-up and return.
Will transmission fees be applied?
No, they will not. We will not charge you based on usage as it’s already included in the rental fees.
Do I need to sign a separate contract with a provider?
No, you do not. You only have to sign a contract with NINJA WiFi to use our services. Any devices that can be connected to NINJA WiFi are able to connect to the internet at only the cost of the rental fees.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations made more than 4 days in advance result in a full refund. Cancelling within 4 days of your reservation results in a 100% cancellation charge. If you still wish to cancel within 4 days, please contact our call center (+81-50-8882-5774).
In case of a cancellation when will the refund be processed?
As it depends on your credit card company, it may take up to 20 business days for the refund to process.
