Can I pick it up the day after applying?

You can pick it up the next day at the counter listed below if you make a reservation by 16:00 JST the day before.

Where can I return the items via courier?
*For returns within Japan
You can return the items by bringing them to convenience stores or Yamato Transport counters.
  • It is recommended to use the Yamato Transport shipping label included in the rental kit.
  • You will need to fill out a special airport courier shipping at the Yamato Transport counter in the airport.

  • You can also send them with courier services that provide a tracking system, such as Sagawa Express or Yu-Pack.

Can I return the item at a different airport from where I picked it up?

No problem. You can return it to a different counter.
Please access My Page to modify the return location.

Can I cancel ?

Cancellations and refunds are possible up to 4 days before the pickup date.
You will be charged 100% of the rental fee from 3 days before the pickup date.

When will I receive my refund if I cancel?

Refunds are processed through your credit card company, and it may take until the next month or the month after.
For specific details, please contact your credit card company.

What happens if I extend my rental period?
You will be charged for the additional rental fees. Please contact the customer support.

Please note that if you extend without contacting us, an additional fee of 1,617 yen per day will apply for each extra day.

*If the daily rate exceeds 1,617 yen, (such as Infinite Unlimited Plan) we will charge your contracted charges and optional fees (such as the option pack) for the excess days, regardless of whether you notify us of the extension.

SIM

Do I need to return the SIM card before leaving Japan?
No, the SIM card is for single-use and does not need to be returned.
Can I use any size SIM card?
The NINJA SIM card supports standard, micro, and nano sizes.
Please detach the appropriate size for your smartphone from the perforated edges on the card.
Can I use my own smartphone?
Yes, you can use your own smartphone as long as it is unlocked (SIM lock-free).
Please check in advance.
Can I use the SIM card outside of Japan?
It can only be used within Japan.
How can I check if my smartphone is SIM lock-free?
You can contact your mobile carrier or check the device's settings for SIM lock information.

eSIM

Can I make a voice call?
NINJA eSIM does not support voice calls.
Can I use it on any smartphone?
It can only be used on smartphones that support eSIM. Dial "#06#" and if the EID code appears, your smartphone supports eSIM. However, some regions or device models may not be compatible, so please check before purchasing.
How do I set it up?
You can set it up by scanning the provided QR code or entering the activation code in your smartphone's settings.
What should I do if I want to extend the usage period?
Please apply for the desired usage period again.
I accidentally deleted it.
The QR code cannot be reissued, nor can the eSIM be reinstalled. Kindly contact customer support for assistance.
