Steps from reservation to pickup
When placing your reservation, select "Smart Pickup" and select your preferred section (time slot). After your order is confirmed, a QR code will be emailed to you the day before your pickup.
At the airport Smart Locker, open the email containing your QR code. Please arrive during your designated time slot.
Insert the QR code face-up into the reader/scanner located at the center of the locker.
Once your reserved locker lights up, retrieve your WiFi device from inside.
Important Reminders
Locker pickup is available only for customers who order one router and one mobile battery. If you order two or more items, one or more mobile batteries, or any additional options such as Pocketalk, locker pickup is not available due to size restrictions. In this cases, please pick up your order at the counter.
- If you would like to receive an explanation from a staff member, please use the airport counter.
- It may be crowded depending on the time of day. Please come with plenty of time.
- If you miss the designated time slot, you will not be able to pick up your device.
- Please note that depending on the conditions, such as if there are no lockers available, you may not be able to apply for or change your locker pick-up option.
