We will deliver to your specified location, such as your hotel, office, home,
or a friend’s house, nationwide in Japan, at the specified date and time.

Pick-up Fee: 550 yen
*For up to 4 devices. For 5-10 devices, 1,100 yen per one-way.*All fees listed include sales tax.
Notes:
- ・For deliveries to accommodation facilities, items will be delivered to the front desk.
- ・If there is no front desk at the delivery address, please ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
- ・Delivery will be made on the day before or on the day of your pickup.
- ・As delivery is handled by our partner courier, we are unable to accept requests for specific delivery times or guarantee the exact arrival time.
Delivery Return
You can return the device at convenience stores or Yamato Transport counters.
- It is recommended to use the Yamato Transport shipping label included in the rental set.
- You will need to fill out an airport courier-specific shipping form at the Yamato Transport counter inside the airport.
Airport Delivery - You can also return the device via couriers using parcel tracking systems (such as Sagawa Express, Yu-Pack, etc.) at their counters or through pick-up services.
Attention:
Please confirm the final collection time at your desired location in advance.
These times vary by location. If the deadline is missed and the package is not collected until the following day, an additional charge of 1,617 yen per day will apply.
