The location of the lockers when exiting the international arrival gate is as follows:
At the North Arrival Gate, Locker ① is on the right, and Locker ② is on the left.
At the South Arrival Gate, Locker ② is on the right, and if you continue further (toward the back), you will find Locker ①
The deadline for web-based applications is 3:00 p.m. Japan Time on the day before the pickup date.
Please ask the counter staff for your order number if you are unable to pick up your order from the locker.
