Whether a hotel or office, your home or a friend’s home, your Wifi device will be delivered to your designated location in Japan on your designated date and time.
*For 5 to 10 devices, the fee is 1,100 yen (tax included) each way.
Return

You can mail your device from most convenience stores, Yamato Transport service counters, and hotels.
*A slip with COD (Cash on Delivery) for Yamato Transport will be inside your pouch if you request to return via delivery. If you would prefer a different transportation company, please talk to them directly. Also contact NINJA WiFi before sending COD via different company.
*For 5 to 10 devices, the fee is 1,100 yen (tax included) each way.
