PLAN EXTENSIONS
You can continue using the WiFi router at 990 yen (tax included) per day if you request an extension at least one day before the end of your rental period.
However, if you do not request an extension in advance you will be charged 2,167 yen (tax included) per day for extended use beyond the rental period.

We take applications 24 hours a day through our website. We accept queries and questions about our service through the inquiry form.
Using the WiFi Router
The delivered device will be fully charged so you can start using it right away. Please enjoy a comfortable trip in Japan.
Payment
Payment for our service should be done by credit card only. However, date of the payment is depends on registred credit card company payment date.

Receiving the WiFi Router
You can pick up the WiFi router at one of the major international airports in Japan or by delivery service within Japan. You need to apply in advance if you would like to receive your WiFi router at our airport counter. Please check the application deadlines as they are different for each airport.
Returning the WiFi Router
You can return the WiFi router the same way you received it: at the airport counter or by express delivery. Yamato delivery slip will be provided if you return the device by domestic delivery. Please bring the WiFi router to a convenience store that handles Yamato Transport services or to the Yamato Transport counter at each airport.

Relief support and insurance service in case of damage and service loss!
Without enrolling in an insurance option total fee of compensation will be 55,323 yen (untaxable)*. However, if you enroll in the “Mini Insurance” option, you will be responsible for 20% of the entire amount, and if you enroll in the “Full Insurance” option, Ninja WiFi will cover all of the costs.

  • Can the application be made on the day before the pickup?
  • To receive WiFi routers at below airports, please complete your order by 3pm one day before the departure. ・Narita Airport Terminal 1& 2 ・Haneda International Airport ・Kansai Int.l Airport Terminal 1
  • Where can I return the terminal by delivery service?
  • You can return the terminal via the Yamato Transport counters in airports or convenience stores. We recommend that you use the delivery slip from Yamato Transport that is enclosed together with the rental kit. Besides these, you can also return the terminal at the counters above and collection points of delivery service providers that make use of parcel tracking systems (e.g. Saga Kyubin, Yu-Pack etc.).
  • Can I use a smartphone that I use outside of Japan?
  • If your device can receive WiFi signals then you can use it. Should you wish to use it as a phone, there are telephone apps you can use.
  • Can I return it to a different airport than where I received it?
  • Of course you can. You can also receive and return it using different methods, such as receiving it by delivery and returning it at an airport counter.

Malfunction and Loss
1.We will offer a free replacement if your rental device malfunctions.
2.If you break the device, please return all parts.
3.Note that the device will be treated as a lost item (subject to charge) if any parts are missing.
4.If you lose the device you will incur a compensation fee. Please make sure you understand this condition.
Important
1.Call the dedicated call center if you want to cancel your reservation.
2.We may be unable to deliver a rental device due to inventory conditions.
3.At NINJA WiFi, your credit card is charged at the moment you complete your reservation.
If you cancel your order 3 days before your service start date, you will be refunded as soon as possible.
If you make changes to your order before your service start date, your adjustment charges/refunds will be done
on the start date or return date. Therefore, you may see 2-3 separate charges/refunds from us.
