Payment
Once you fill out the order form, make the payment online using any major credit card. No cash or payments are required at the counter!

Please check your smartphone and confirm if it supports "eSIM" and is "SIM unlocked".

Activation QR code
When you sign up, you will receive instructions for issuing the QR code to the email address you registered. Please issue the QR code as instructed.

Narita Airport, Haneda Airport, and Kansai Airport offer pick-up the day after making your reservation, as long as you make your reservation by 4:00 PM (Japan Time) the day before. It is also possible to pick up your WiFi device at the Shinjuku counter the day of your reservation, though only between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.
Will there be communication charges?
No, they will not. We will not charge you based on usage as it’s already included in the rental fees.
I have a smartphone that works abroad, but can I use it in Japan?
Yes, you can use it if your device is capable of connecting to WiFi. If you want to use your device as a telephone, you may use it with a telephone app.
Can I return my WiFi device to an airport different from where I picked it up?
That is absolutely no problem. You can also choose different methods for pick-up and return.
